We had been servicing our XC90 at a local mechanic for years, they had always done a reasonable job, a little on the pricey side - but the quality had dropped off noticeably in recent times (I think the main man retired) so gave MAS a try - we should have done it years ago!For the first service the difference I noticed was the detail in their invoicing, everything carefully itemised, described & priced - that was much appreciated, and immediately gave me a level of confidence in the business.Most recently MAS slotted me in to have the air-con fixed - they were super friendly on the phone & very accommodating with their scheduling. On the drop-off the mechanic asked me a bunch of intelligent questions, not just assuming it would be a simple re-gas. After 3 failed attempts by our previous mechanic, the air-con is now all good, and I'm no longer a sweaty mess.So, so far so good - and we'll be back :-)
